These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit our website or purchase from Crochet Flowers. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Crochet Flowers

Crochet Flowers sells handmade crochet flower products, including crochet bouquets, individual crochet stems, crochet arrangements, accessories and custom-made floral designs.

2. Our Handmade Products

All of our crochet products are handmade. This means each item may have small variations in size, shape, colour, stitching, finish and arrangement.

These small differences are part of the handmade nature of our products and do not make the item faulty.

We do our best to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may look slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting and device.

Unless clearly stated in the product description, vases, props, display stands, gift boxes or other decorative items shown in photos are not included.

3. Product Images

Some images on our website may be used for style inspiration, illustration or example purposes only. They may not show the exact handmade item you will receive.

Each crochet flower product is handmade by Crochet Flowers and may vary slightly from images shown.

We are working to ensure all images used on our website are either our own, used with permission, licensed, or otherwise suitable for use. If you believe an image has been used incorrectly, please contact us at info@crochetflowers.co.uk and we will review it promptly.

4. Safety Information

Our crochet flowers are intended for decorative use only.

They are not toys and should be kept away from babies, young children and pets.

Some items may contain wire, glue, beads, buttons, pins, small parts, sharp ends or other decorative materials. These may cause injury or present a choking risk if handled incorrectly.

Please keep all products away from open flames, candles, high heat, water and damp conditions.

5. Product Care

To keep your crochet flowers looking their best:

Gently dust with a soft dry cloth.
Keep away from moisture and direct heat.
Do not machine wash unless the product description specifically says it is suitable.
Store carefully to avoid bending, crushing or damage.

Crochet Flowers is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, poor storage, washing, pulling, bending or failure to follow care instructions.

6. Orders

When placing an order, you are responsible for making sure all information is correct, including your name, email address, delivery address, product choices, colour choices and any custom details.

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is an issue with stock, pricing, payment, delivery information, product availability, suspected fraud, or an error on our website.

If we need to cancel your order, we will contact you and issue a refund where payment has already been taken.

7. Custom and Personalised Orders

Custom or personalised orders may include items made in specific colours, sizes, styles, names, wording, themes, wedding colours or designs requested by you.

Please check all custom details carefully before ordering. Once work has started on a custom or personalised item, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Custom-made or personalised items cannot usually be returned for a change of mind unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not made to the agreed specification.

This does not affect your legal rights.

8. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

We may update our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment is taken securely through Shopify checkout and the available payment providers shown at checkout.

Crochet Flowers does not store your full payment card details.

9. Processing Times

Because our products are handmade, processing times may vary.

Estimated processing times will be shown on the product page, at checkout or in your order information where possible.

Custom orders may take longer, especially during busy periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, wedding season, Christmas and other peak times.

If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

10. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver to UK only.

Shipping costs and delivery options will be shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to postal delays, courier delays, customs checks, incorrect delivery details, strikes, bad weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Crochet Flowers is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery or non-collection, you may need to pay additional postage for the order to be resent.

11. International Orders

If we accept international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes or charges that may apply in their country.

Crochet Flowers is not responsible for customs delays or extra charges applied by customs or delivery providers.

12. Cancellations

For standard, non-personalised products, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to tell us you wish to cancel.

You then have 14 days from the date you tell us you wish to cancel to return the item.

Please include your order number, name and reason for contacting us.

13. Returns

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, in their original condition and packaged carefully to prevent damage during return delivery.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot refund items that are lost or damaged on the way back to us.

14. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, or proof that it has been returned, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method where possible.

If you selected a more expensive delivery option, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded where required.

We may reduce the refund if an item has been handled more than necessary, used, damaged, altered or returned in a condition that means it cannot be resold.

15. Items That Cannot Be Returned for Change of Mind

We cannot usually accept change-of-mind returns for:

Custom-made items.
Personalised items.
Items made to your specific colours, design or requirements.
Items that have been used, damaged or altered after delivery.
Items returned in an unsellable condition.

This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

16. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Your order number.
A description of the problem.
Clear photos of the item.
Clear photos of the packaging, if the parcel arrived damaged.

If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will offer a suitable solution. This may include a repair, replacement, partial refund or full refund depending on the issue.

17. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@crochetflowers.co.uk.

We may need to wait until the postal service or courier confirms the parcel is lost before we can issue a replacement or refund.

18. Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes must be entered at checkout.

Discounts cannot usually be applied after an order has been placed.

Promotions and discount codes may be changed, paused or ended at any time.

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

19. Intellectual Property

All original text, branding, business name, product descriptions, logos and original website content created by or for Crochet Flowers belong to Crochet Flowers unless otherwise stated.

Some images used on our website, social media or marketing materials may be sourced from third parties, used with permission, used under licence, or used for illustrative purposes only. Copyright in those images remains with the original owner unless otherwise stated.

You must not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute or use our original branding, product descriptions, designs, text or content without written permission.

If you believe any content or image on our website has been used incorrectly, please contact us at info@crochetflowers.co.uk and we will review it promptly.

20. Customer Photos and Reviews

If you send us photos, tag us on social media, leave a review or share images of your order, we may ask for your permission to use your content on our website, social media or marketing materials.

We will not use customer images for marketing without permission.

22. Limitation of Liability

The Terms & Conditions that apply to your order are the terms in place at the time you placed your order.
