At Crochet Flowers, each item is handmade with care. We want you to be happy with your order, so please read our returns policy before purchasing.
Returns for Standard Items
For standard, non-personalised products, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
You then have 14 days from the date you tell us you wish to return the item to send it back to us.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
Unused.
Undamaged.
In their original condition.
Packaged carefully to avoid damage during return delivery.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot refund items that are lost or damaged on the way back to us.
Custom and Personalised Orders
Custom-made or personalised items cannot usually be returned for a change of mind.
This includes items made in specific colours, sizes, names, wording, themes, wedding colours or designs requested by you.
This does not affect your legal rights if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not made to the agreed specification.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Clear photos of the packaging, if the parcel arrived damaged.
If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will offer a suitable solution. This may include a repair, replacement, partial refund or full refund depending on the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, or proof that it has been returned, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method where possible.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded where required.
We may reduce the refund if an item has been handled more than necessary, used, damaged, altered or returned in a condition that means it cannot be resold.
Items That Cannot Be Returned for Change of Mind
We cannot usually accept change-of-mind returns for:
Custom-made items.
Personalised items.
Items made to your specific colours, design or requirements.
Items that have been used, damaged or altered after delivery.
Items returned in an unsellable condition.
